It's horrible for public transport directions (which is what the majority of people in Singapore use to get around) because it doesn't give you an exact ETA of when a bus will arrive at your stop like Google and Citymapper - instead it just says busses go to that stop 'every x minutes'. I live in Singapore and I only ever use it for walking directions.
